From personal turmoil to profound self-love: Join me in a transformative 7-day journey.

From an early age, the world of self-development spoke to me, with life lessons from legends like Dale Carnegie and Norman Vincent Peale being gifts from my mother. However, amidst the wisdom and growth, shadows lurked. Growing up with an alcoholic father, I navigated the disruption his condition brought into our home. The heartbreak was topped off with his tragic suicide when I was just 25. That devastation was the catalyst for a major shift in my life, leading me to leave my corporate job.

In the aftermath, I grappled with profound depression, with the reflection in the mirror seeming like a distant, unfamiliar entity. Whispering words of self-love felt insurmountable. Yet, with determination, I embarked on a transformative journey toward genuine self-acceptance and confidence. Today, I stand tall, deeply rooted in authenticity, and awash with a love for myself that once felt impossible.

My mission now is to guide you on your own journey to self-love. Drawing from my personal trials, I’ve crafted the 7-Day Self-Love Challenge. It’s my heartfelt wish to share the tools, practices, and serenity I’ve found—helping you embrace the unparalleled contentment that comes from truly knowing and loving yourself.

A: Anyone—whether you’re new to self-love practices or looking to deepen your existing journey. It’s designed to benefit everyone regardless of age, background, or experience.

Q: Do I need any special materials?

A: No, all you need is an open mind, a journal or notepad, and a commitment to yourself. Any additional resources will be provided as part of the challenge.

Q: How much time do I need to committ?

A: Each day will involve a combination of morning tasks, activities, and meditative exercises, typically taking around 20-30 minutes in total. However, the more time and reflection you can give, the deeper your experience will be.

Q: Is there a community or a support group?

A: Yes, the challenge will take part in a Facebook group, you will need to join the community to take part and that continue after the end of the challenge and allow the participants to continue to promote and practice self-love. This group will allow you to share experiences, seek support, and continue your self-love journey with like-minded individuals. I will also be part of the group and available for any support that you may need during the challenge.

Q: Is there any cost associated with the challenge?

A: There is no cost to enter the challenge and to take part as we do it live. If you would like to keep the challenge then there is a small cost of $17 if purchased before we begin, otherwise it will go up to $47

Q: Can I do the challenge at my own pace?

A: While the challenge is designed to be completed over seven consecutive days for maximum impact, and the free version will only be available for 48hrs after going live to keep motivation high, you are welcome to purchase the challenge to keep and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Q: What happens if I miss a day or fall behind?

A: That’s okay! Life happens. If you miss a day, simply pick up where you left off. The key is consistency and commitment to the process. The challenge will need to be completed within 48hrs of the end unless you buy to keep.

Q: Can I revisit the challenge again in the future?

A: Absolutely! The beauty of the 7-Day Self-Love Challenge is that it can be revisited whenever you feel the need to reconnect with yourself. (You will need to purchase to keep to be able to revisit)
